First reserve what the job needs. Allocate exact assets only when warehouse preparation and verification are ready.

Flow

  1. Client request becomes a requirement.
  2. System reserves time-bound capacity by model and quantity.
  3. Warehouse releases exact assets only when ready.
  4. QC, completeness and readiness determine dispatch release.

Why it matters

A confirmed show can be promised early without locking the wrong asset too soon. This reduces substitutions, backtracking, and preventable conflicts.

Example

Client asks for 4 × Shure SM58. Operations360 reserves SM58 capacity. Warehouse later assigns SM58-014, SM58-028, SM58-041, SM58-057.
