Proof of Operation
Follow the decision. Inspect the records.
Try two deterministic rental scenarios: resolve overlapping demand and reconcile a damaged return. Inspect the evidence before each simulated approval.
What this exercise proves
Live public simulation · In validation: authenticated workflow
Evidence as of · Scope and limitations
It makes one decision sequence reproducible: inspect dated demand, calculate a shortage, review a fixed supplier option, request approval and show the resulting synthetic records. Before approval, no new reservation or supplier order is created.
The starting records, calculations, approval boundary and local audit trail are visible below. Reproduce the scenario or review feature readiness.
Resolve one overlapping reservation
Growing event-rental profile. Example Event Rental (fictional). This is one bounded scenario, not a complete simulated business or a signed-in platform demo.
Scenario version: growing-event-rental-v1. Dates use inclusive calendar days. Every quantity, cost, company and record below is fictional.
Owned stock
10 wireless microphone kits.
Existing commitment
SIM-P100: Conference. 7 kits, 12-14 October 2026.
New request
SIM-P101: Awards night. 6 kits, 13-15 October 2026.
No check performed. No new reservation or supplier order exists.
Local audit timeline
The timeline starts with your first action. Sequence numbers describe local actions, not production audit timestamps.
Turn the walkthrough into your next steps
Rate your current operating practice across the following dimensions. This is a self-assessment, not a comparison with other companies. All 13 answers are required for the report; no default scores or inferred business outcomes are used.
0: unmanaged. 1: recorded. 2: repeatable. 3: connected. 4: measured and intelligently assisted. Choose the level you can support with your own evidence.
Answers, company profile and scenario state stay in this tab and disappear on refresh or reset. They are not submitted to a server, saved to your account or sent to a model. The PDF contains your chosen ratings and profile. Normal website consent and analytics settings still apply to the page visit.
0 of 13 rated
Choose one score per dimension. Use Tab to enter a group and arrow keys to change its score. The level definitions above apply to every group.
Match these priorities to the capability status ledger before evaluating a live workflow. A self-rating does not establish that a corresponding platform capability is released.
Keep a damaged return out of the next dispatch
Live public simulation · In validation: authenticated workflow
Evidence as of · Scope and limitations
A returned item is not automatically rental-ready. Follow condition recording, quarantine, maintenance, inspection evidence and authorised release before restoring availability.
This fixed, browser-only exercise uses fictional records. It does not inspect equipment, authenticate an approver, allocate stock or change platform records. Version: damaged-return-v1.
Example Event Rental has 8 speakers at Warehouse A and 1 warehouse. Changing profile resets this scenario. These profiles vary stock and location constraints only; they are not complete simulated businesses.
Return evidence
SIM-SPK-001, powered speaker, returned 16 October 2026 to Warehouse A. Intermittent output and a damaged audio connector reported at return.
Next commitment
SIM-P202 needs 8 speakers at Warehouse A on 17 October 2026. All other local units are assumed serviceable and uncommitted.
Rental-ready at Warehouse A: 7 of 8. Next commitment shortage: 1. The returning asset is still recorded out and excluded from available capacity.
Local damaged-return audit
No actions recorded yet. Start by recording the return.
Sequence numbers are local actions, not production timestamps. State and audit stay in this tab and disappear on reset or refresh. This exercise sends no scenario data to a server or model.
What comes later
The damaged-return exercise has new-company, growing-company and multi-warehouse stock profiles. These are bounded fixture variations, not full business demos. A cross-team Production date-change scenario is planned and is not available here. For an evaluation of actual platform workflows, arrange a guided review.
