Vehicle Requirement Intelligence · under development
Vehicle Requirement Intelligence: logistics candidates that people must verify.
Rental equipment must move on the Production timeline, but a list of cases is not proof that a vehicle or route is suitable. Operations360 is developing review candidates that make recorded evidence and uncertainty visible without booking or guaranteeing a logistics plan.
Current evidence state Under development: existing Production and transport records provide staging evidence; candidate generation, allocation optimisation and general availability are not released.
The operator problem: a dispatch list is not a verified transport plan
Equipment, cases, packages, collection points, venue windows and return waves change during planning. Vehicle records may omit measured dimensions, verified weights, access constraints, driver state or dangerous-goods obligations. A useful candidate must expose those gaps instead of converting a rough list into a confident dispatch instruction.
What the current evidence supports
Production-linked logistics evidence
Transport jobs, trip-sheet context, vehicle and driver records, package/loading evidence and custody hand-offs have bounded staging evidence.
Vehicle requirement candidates
The planned recommender prepares review candidates from current Production demand and known transport records, with assumptions and missing evidence shown.
Future allocation optimisation
Optimising vehicles, stops, routes or assignments is roadmap direction only. It is not part of the current recommender and is not generally available.
Evidence inputs
Production movement demand
Origin, destination, load/arrival/collection windows, return waves and responsible hand-offs.
Recorded load evidence
Package/case counts, known dimensions and weights, handling notes and items whose evidence remains missing or stale.
Vehicle and operator records
Recorded type, capacity fields, serviceability, availability state, driver or Crew requirement and relevant permission-visible history.
Route and venue constraints
Known access windows, loading areas, restrictions, multi-stop sequence, rest/working-time concerns and qualified external obligations.
Bounded outputs
Review candidate
A candidate may propose vehicle type, count and operating windows with the source demand and assumptions that produced it.
Evidence gaps
Missing measurements, payload/axle evidence, access constraints, restraint, dangerous-goods or driver facts remain blockers for review.
Optimised allocation
Automatic vehicle selection, load optimisation, route optimisation and assignment are future direction only and cannot be claimed by this milestone.
Worked Production examples

Two-wave AV dispatch needs a logistics review
A Mumbai Production has two warehouse origins, separate venue access windows and recorded case counts, but several case measurements remain unverified.
- 01Read the current Production movement windows and dispatch waves.
- 02Group only the recorded cases and packages by origin and destination.
- 03Prepare candidate vehicle types and quantities with measurement gaps visible.
- 04Flag payload, axle, packing, restraint, access and route questions for the logistics reviewer.
- 05Leave vehicle allocation, driver assignment and booking untouched.
Bounded outcome The under-development output is a review starting point, not proof that the load fits or the journey is safe and feasible.
Sound rental · external supply
Direct-to-venue supplier equipment remains separate
A supplier plans to deliver a console package directly while owned equipment leaves the warehouse on another vehicle.
- 01Keep supplier and owned movements as distinct fulfilment obligations.
- 02Record destination windows and named receiving responsibility.
- 03Prepare only the owned-load vehicle candidate.
- 04Expose the supplier delivery and return hand-offs as unresolved dependencies.
Bounded outcome The candidate does not count a supplier promise as owned vehicle capacity or hide custody responsibility.
Logistics review before booking or allocation
Under development This review sequence describes the intended evidence contract; it is not a generally available autonomous workflow.
- 01Confirm current equipment, package, origin, destination and time-window evidence.
- 02Show recorded measurements separately from estimates or missing values.
- 03Prepare candidate vehicle requirements and all unresolved constraints.
- 04Require qualified review of packing, payload, axle, restraint, route, access and regulated-goods questions.
- 05Let an authorised dispatcher choose resources and responsibilities.
- 06Book or assign through a separate governed workflow with current availability checks.
Vehicle and logistics boundary
- A candidate cannot guarantee that equipment will pack or fit.
- A candidate cannot validate payload, axle limits, load distribution or restraint.
- A candidate cannot guarantee route, access, travel time, driver-rest or dangerous-goods compliance.
- A candidate cannot select, allocate, book or dispatch a vehicle or contact a provider.
- Vehicle and route optimisation remain planned future direction, not current capability.
Frequently asked questions
Is Vehicle Requirement Intelligence generally available?
No. Candidate generation is under development. Existing transport evidence has been verified in staging, while selection, booking and optimisation remain unreleased or planned.
Does a candidate prove the equipment will fit?
No. It cannot guarantee packing, payload, axle, distribution or restraint. Those questions require complete evidence and qualified review.
Will it book a vehicle or assign a driver?
No. The under-development output is review material only and cannot select, allocate, contact, book or dispatch resources.
Does it optimise routes?
No. Vehicle and route optimisation are planned roadmap direction only and are not part of the current milestone.
Evaluate the operating model before the roadmap.
Use the current rental workflow and evidence guidance to assess fit. These requirement-intelligence pages do not promise general availability.
