Control the complete event-rental inventory lifecycle

Time-bound availability

Promise equipment across preparation, event, travel, return and QC windows instead of relying on today's stock count.

Serialized and bulk inventory

Track exact high-value assets and interchangeable quantities at the identity depth each equipment family needs.

Packages, cases and dependencies

Keep primary equipment, cases, cables, power, accessories and completeness checks connected to Production readiness.

Shortage resolution

Resolve a shortfall through confirmed external hire, an approved compatible substitute, an inter-warehouse transfer or a customer-approved revision.

Scan-led warehouse execution

QR and barcode identification is being validated against governed warehouse actions on staging. Authenticated browser and physical-device acceptance remain pending; RFID reader integration is not yet qualified for production use. Explore QR and barcode warehouse workflows.

Crew and transport

Connect role requirements, invitations, vehicles, trip evidence, loading and venue hand-offs to the same Production.

Return, damage and maintenance

Reconcile custody, quarantine failed equipment, retain repair history and require passed release QC before stock becomes available again.

India commercial evidence

Keep GST context, quotations, invoices, e-way movement evidence and applicable e-invoice references connected without making unsupported compliance guarantees.

Frequently asked questions

How does event-rental availability differ from stock on hand?

Availability is a dated operational promise after overlapping reservations, location, custody, package completeness, QC, maintenance and turnaround time are considered.

Can Operations360 handle both serialized and bulk equipment?

Yes. Exact assets and interchangeable bulk quantities can participate in the same Production requirement and warehouse workflow.

Does Operations360 support QR, barcode and RFID?

QR and barcode use the shared asset-identifier and scan workflow. Current shared identification checks and conflict feedback are undergoing staging validation; browser and physical-device acceptance remain pending. Printed-label workflows and RFID reader integration are not yet qualified for production use. An identifier model does not by itself establish reader or printer compatibility.

How are shortages handled?

A shortage remains visible until an authorised user records a governed resolution such as external hire, an approved substitute, a matching transfer or an accepted commercial revision.

Is Operations360 GST compliant?

Operations360 supports India-specific tax and movement evidence. Applicability and final tax treatment remain the customer's responsibility and should be reviewed with qualified advisers.
